Psychotherapist

Trevor is both a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Certified Music Therapist. He completed his Master’s of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Prior to that, he attended Wilfrid Laurier University for his undergraduate degree in music therapy and psychology.

Trevor often integrates cognitive behavioural (CBT), dialectical behavioural (DBT), strengths-based, and internal family system (IFS) approaches into his work. These techniques help build emotional awareness, while providing tools and skills to support mental health and well-being through the “ups and downs” of life. Trevor includes music, play, art, and games to help build an engaging and supportive space for children and youth.
