Over the years, Samantha has built strong relationships with clients by prioritizing a compassionate space where people can express themselves and build resilience. In session, Samantha likes using crafts, games, and activities to engage in therapeutic and learning activities. Samantha found her interest in working with children and youth through the Child Development Research Unit (CDRU) at the University of Guelph. Since then, she has completed additional training through SickKids to support families struggling with disordered eating, obsessions and compulsions. In her spare time, she enjoys spending her free time playing intramural sports with friends and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Samantha draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), and Narrative Therapy.
Credentials & Memberships
Samantha is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She is currently completing a training in Responding to Children and Youth Issues (Crisis and Trauma Institute).
