Jade is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Jade holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto with a specialization in Children and their Families and a Bachelor of Social Work degree with a minor in psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University.
Jade’s approach is eclectic and draws from her training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. She works collaboratively with children, youth, and their families to assess which approach works best for them. Her practice is grounded in an anti-oppressive, strengths based, and trauma-informed approach to create an inclusive, welcoming, and safe space for everyone. She meets people where they are at and works together on developing goals that are meaningful to them. Jade prides herself on being compassionate, transparent, understanding, and non-judgmental. She prioritizes developing a trusting working relationship with children, youth, and their families and wants to ensure that children and youth feel heard and understood.
Jade has worked with children, youth and their families in various settings and draws from her experience and specialized knowledge and training to assist with a range of topics and concerns including;

In Jade’s free time, she enjoys reading, being near the water, taking in a good sunset, journaling, and spending time with her dog, family, and friends.
