Christin is a Social Worker registered with The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW) and has been practicing for 17 years.
She has a great deal of experience working with children of all ages and believes that each child and youth brings their own unique set of innate strengths to the therapeutic relationship. Christin believes in establishing trust, empathy validation, nonjudgement, and collaboration in her therapeutic relationships. She often includes an integrative approach which includes Trauma informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based-Interventions, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Emotional Focused Individual Therapy
