You might choose to work with Ash, a therapist and board-certified music therapist supporting children, teens, and adults. Ash works with children learning emotional regulation, teens exploring identity, and adults healing old wounds or navigating burnout, as well as those in relationships and those with neurodivergent experiences. Ash blends evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT-informed work, mindfulness, somatic regulation) with expressive therapies, including music therapy and creative modalities. He works from a culturally sensitive, LGBTQ2S+ affirming, trauma-informed lens. He welcomes clients who feel deeply, who care intensely, and who want a space where their inner world is understood.

Ash draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and music therapy.
