Adrianna is a psychotherapist (qualifying) with a rich background in child and youth work, having graduated with a degree in the field from Humber, followed by a master’s in counselling psychology from Yorkville University. With a career spanning several years, Adrianna has extensive experience working with children across various settings, including educational environments.

Adrianna’s therapeutic approach is rooted in empowerment, utilizing a strengths-based and client-centred methodology tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. She is oriented in cognitive behavioural (CBT) and dialectical behavioural (DBT) techniques, integrating emotional-focused and narrative modalities into her practice.

Her vibrant, energetic personality and innate creativity create a nurturing environment where children feel secure to explore their emotions. As a lover of arts and crafts, Adrianna leverages creative interventions to enhance emotional awareness and cultivate essential skills.
