Zoe supports children, youth, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, school-related stress, neurodivergence, and concerns related to food and body image. She also works
with clients around emotional regulation, self-esteem, and identity development. Her approach is flexible and tailored to each individual, using developmentally appropriate strategies that meet clients where they are. Zoe creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and understood. She values building strong, trusting relationships and supporting clients at a pace that feels comfortable for them as they explore their emotions, build confidence, and strengthen their sense of self.

Zoe draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT,
DBT, ACT, Somatic-based approaches, Trauma-informed practice, Play-based therapy, Art-based therapy, and Strengths-based approach.
Credentials & Memberships
Zoe has a BA in Youth and Children’s Studies, an MSW, and a Social Service Worker Diploma. She is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Work and Social Service Work (OCSWSSW). Some of her additional certifications include:

- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Certified
