Shaun supports children, youth, and parents who are looking for additional guidance in supporting their child, particularly in areas such as ADHD, anxiety, school avoidance, emotional regulation challenges, and difficulties with managing impulses and behaviours safely. He works closely with parents to help them better understand and respond to their child’s needs, while creating a space where clients feel understood, respected, and not judged, and can build practical tools and deeper insight into their experiences.
Therapeutic Modalities
Shaun draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, EFT, Play-based therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment-based approaches, Trauma-informed care, and ADHD specific behavioural therapy/executive functioning skills training.
