Registered Social Worker
Sarah is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Sarah holds a Master of Social Work degree from Windsor University and Bachelor of Social Work degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
Sarah has worked in different settings supporting children, youth, and families. She has a strong passion for providing early intervention from a strength-based, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed approach. Sarah will meet you where you are at in your journey and build upon your strengths while working together on your goals. She values building a trusting relationship in a safe and inclusive space. Sarah takes pride in being transparent, creative, compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental.
Sarah incorporates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy in her practice. Sarah has specialized skills and knowledge in the following areas:
