Nalini holds a Master of Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, India and a Master of Applied Disability Studies from Brock University.

Nalini has been working for more than two decades with a team of clinicians screening and diagnosing children suspected of being on the Autism Spectrum Disorder while working as a psychometrist at ErinoakKids. She has experience collaborating and organizing social skills groups for youth with High Functioning Autism. She has extensive experience assessing cognitive, academic, and behavioural functioning in toddlers, children and youth, using various assessment tools and methods.

Nalini has strong people skills and is respectful of the families she works with. She has worked under the supervision of well-experienced psychologists to complete comprehensive psychological assessments.

On a personal level, she enjoys knitting for her family and trying new recipes. She loves spending time with her niece’s Labrador.
