Therapeutic Modalities
Megan draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Strengths-Based Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion- Focused Therapy.
Credentials & Memberships
Megan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
