Maham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology of Human Behaviour from McMaster University and a Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioral Sciences from Mohawk College. Maham has actively volunteered for various charity causes, supporting both adults and children, reflecting her deep commitment to making a positive impact. Maham discovered her passion for working as an instructor therapist through her clinic placements, which ultimately led to her first job in 2021. She’s been with Canoe Therapy for two years. Eager to deepen her knowledge, she’s particularly interested in the mental health and well-being of children and studying more about speech pathology. She believes in spending quality time with kids to ensure a healthy environment for learning and providing support to nurture their skills. In her leisure time, she enjoys working on creative projects using Cricut, cooking, and spending time with her family.
