Madeline Wright
Speech-Language Pathologist
Madeline obtained her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from McMaster University. She previously completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
Madeline has clinical experience supporting children with a wide range of communication needs, including literacy, expressive and receptive language, articulation/phonology, and social communication. With a specific interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Madeline is passionate about ensuring that every child has a meaningful way to communicate.
Madeline is committed to using evidence-based approaches while recognizing each child’s unique strengths, interests, and passions they bring to a session. She prioritizes building trusting, collaborative relationships with children and families, creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where communication can flourish. When she is not at Canoe, Madeline enjoys playing soccer, hanging out with friends, or trying new places to eat!
