Laura-Lei Hanlon
M.ADS, BCBA
Laura-Lei began her journey 14 years ago as an Instructor Therapist. In 2013, Laura-Lei graduated with a Master’s in Applied Disability Studies through Brock University and went on to become a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in 2014.
Over the course of her career, Laura-Lei has held various roles including Residential Team Leader, Senior Therapist, Clinical Coordinator, Behaviour Consultant and Clinical Supervisor. She has worked with individuals with various needs between 2 and 16.
Laura-Lei is dedicated to using a values based approach to ABA, and has a keen interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Laura-Lei enjoys approaching each family and their needs in a unique manner, spreading awareness of the benefits of ABA, and supporting the family to reach their goals. She is excited to support families in the new Oakville location and continue to share the powerful impacts ABA can have!
When she isn’t working, Laura-Lei enjoys spending her time friends and family, especially her dog and her nephew!
