Jenna is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She offers a warm, person-centered approach to counselling. Jenna creates a safe, non-judgmental space where families feel heard, valued, and supported. Grounded in respect and empathy, her work is tailored to the unique needs and experiences of each individual. Jenna has experience working with various concerns including:

Jenna uses a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy. She is dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges. With kindness, compassion, and understanding, she aims to gently guide and empower them on their path towards growth and healing.
When she’s not at Canoe Therapy, Jenna enjoys spending time with loved ones, adventuring outdoors, and reading a good book.
