Therapeutic Modalities
Jackie draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Art and Play Therapy, ACT, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Mindfulness and Somatic Therapy.
