Brittany is passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. She strives to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.

Brittany completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Queen’s University and earned her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and play-based therapy. She tailors sessions to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
