Shana Narciso

RSW, Social Worker, Family Therapist

You might choose to work with Shana if you are looking for a therapist who makes room for every voice, understands what matters to each person, and works with you to find practical ways forward. A Registered Social Worker, Shana supports teens, adults, parents, and families facing mental health and behavioural challenges, life transitions, separation and divorce, neurodiversity, and substance use.

Shana offers guidance in understanding children’s developmental stages and responding to emotional and behavioural challenges and strengthening family relationships. She also supports parents through divorce and co-parenting and recognizes that they need space to look after their own well-being while caring for their children.

Her background in crisis intervention and mental health care informs her calm, practical, and resourceful approach. She explores how experiences and family dynamics shape communication and behaviour, helping clients recognize patterns and identify manageable opportunities for growth. With teens, she builds trust by respecting their perspectives, priorities, and growing independence.

As a mother of four, she appreciates the complexity of family life and offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can breathe, share, explore, and grow.
