Our ADHD Coaching services support children, teens, and parents in building the skills they need to feel more confident and capable in daily life. Led by Registered Psychotherapists, our approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to each individual.
We focus on strengthening executive functioning skills such as time management, organization, planning, and task completion—while also supporting emotional regulation, self-awareness, and confidence. Together, we help clients develop realistic strategies and systems that work at home, at school, and in the workplace.
Our coaches take a strengths-based, collaborative approach, working closely with clients (and when appropriate, parents or caregivers) to break down goals into manageable steps and create meaningful, lasting change.
