Fatima believes therapy should feel like a space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and explore their experiences in ways that feel authentic to them. Her work is grounded in a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and respect for each client’s pace and voice. When working with children, youth, adults, families, Fatima takes time to understand the whole person, considering emotional experiences, relationships, developmental history, and environmental factors. This thoughtful and holistic lens supports the creation of treatment plans that are both personalized and practical, helping clients move toward meaningful change.
Therapeutic Modalities
Fatima draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, EFT, Narrative therapy, Play therapy and Mindfulness.
