She values warmth, attunement, and collaboration, and strives to create a therapeutic space where children feel comfortable expressing themselves. Paige integrates a range of therapeutic approaches into her practice, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, trauma-informed care, play therapy techniques, and strengths-based work.

Paige believes that meaningful change happens through connection and trust. She is committed to meeting children where they are, honouring their pace, and building on their existing strengths to support emotional growth and resilience.
