Megan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Megan has always loved helping others, and her career reflects that passion. She has worked with children, teens, and adults and has seen how important it is to listen with kindness and without judgment. Megan has experience helping kids with:

Using a variety of different modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Emotion Focused, and Strengths based.
Megan’s goal is to support children and families as they work through challenges, knowing that everyone’s journey is unique. With a compassionate, understanding, and caring approach, Megan looks forward to helping guide children and families on their path to healing.
When Megan isn’t at Canoe Therapy, she loves spending time with friends and family, diving into a good book, and playing with her dogs, Harley and Ellie.
