Samantha found her interest in working with children through completing an internship in the Child Development Reproach Unit (CDRU) at the University of Guelph. Since then, Samantha has completed her master’s in counselling psychology. After school, Samantha has completed additional trainings through SickKids to support families with disordered eating and obsessions and compulsions (OCD). 

Samantha commonly works with clients whose primary concerns include:

Samantha utilizes a personalized, hands-on approach to promote learning and growth. She incorporates cognitive behavioural (CBT), dialectical behavioural (DBT), narrative, emotion focused and exposure focused therapy into her sessions. Samantha spent her youth playing competitive soccer and lacrosse, now she spends her free time playing intramural sports with her friends and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
